How it works: prep, build, embed

Before the day - you set the foundation.

The reason generic AI advice never works is that Claude doesn't know your business. So before we build anything, you set Claude up and give it a knowledge base - your offers, your positioning, your brand voice, your tech stack. By the time you arrive, Claude already knows how you sound and what you sell. This is the step nobody teaches, and it's the whole reason this works.

On the day - three hours, everyone builds along.

Live on Zoom, 10am to 1pm. I build on screen, you build in your own account beside me. No watching a recording later and hoping you can replicate it. You build it with me, in real time.

After the day - 90 days to embed it.

You get 90 days in a community where you build a Launch Strategist and set your automations to run on a schedule, so this becomes how your business actually operates - not a one-off you forget by September.
