Each month, we step back from the day-to-day and look at your business as a whole, what the numbers are saying, what worked and what didn't, where to focus your energy in the month ahead, and what to do about it. I come prepared with the data review. You bring your questions, your ideas, and whatever's been sitting on your mind.

This isn't coaching. There's no framework, no curriculum, no advice designed for someone else's business model. I act as your strategic partner, the person who looks at your specific data, maps the path forward with you, and stays across the implementation to make sure it actually happens.

The name is intentional. Solo female founders rarely give themselves permission to run their business with the same rigour and intention as any serious company. A monthly board meeting, a proper data review, a clear action plan, that's exactly what this is.

Up to 5 hours per month of hands-on implementation. Flexible based on what's needed, website updates, data spreadsheet maintenance, AI system setup, SOP writing, email sequence review and updates.

Slack and email support

Ongoing support between meetings. Response within 24 hours. No topic is off limits — sense-checking a decision, reviewing something quickly, working through a problem before it becomes a bigger one.
