Set the foundation first
You set Claude up and give it a knowledge base - your offers, positioning, brand voice and tech stack - so it already knows your business before you build anything. This is the step nobody teaches, and it's why this works. It's the first thing the lessons walk you through.
Build, one lesson at a time
Each lesson is a short video: I build on screen, you build in your own account beside me. Pause whenever you need, rewind, come back tomorrow. There's no schedule to keep up with.
