Phase 1: Lead Generation
Your launch actually starts 90-days BEFORE you open doors to your program.
Launching is a numbers game; the more eyes on your sales page, the more sales, so spending a good amount of time growing your audience is key to a successful launch.
So on day 1 we look at what you need to set up a lead generation machine and how to execute this in Kajabi.
Phase 2: Launch Event
This is the lead up to your main event! You want to create a launch experience that demonstrates you're an authority and gives your ideal client a quick win!
There are a few different launch strategies you can use, the most important thing is finding one that works for you and your ideal client.
On day 2 we will look at the different launch strategies you could use and the steps to setting these up in Kajabi.
Phase 3: Open Cart
The grand finale. All the hard work you’ve been doing in the lead up to this day is about to pay off when the doors to your program are open and people can come on in and join.
On the final day we will look at all the steps you need to tick off in the lead up to make sure you have a smooth open cart period and make it as easy as possible for students to join.
It's going to be 3 days of absolute Kajabi & launch FUN!
